Exchange and Refund Policy
- Sales are final on all orders including the purchase of loose gemstones. There is no exchange or refund available.
- We understand if the ring does not fit as well from what you ordered. We will be happy to provide a one-time free resize of your purchase. Provided the ring size is a variant of not more than plus or minus 1 from the original size. All resizing will be subject to additional charges that may be incurred including, but not limited to, delivery and tax. Please inform us within 7 days from receipt of your ring, either via our contact numbers or write to us via email rockcandyinc1@gmail.com.
- For repurposing of vintage jewellery, the company reserves all rights to return & refuse to re-model jewellery where the gemstone is found to be not of genuine nature, or the gemstone itself is too fragile to be removed from its original setting.
- The company reserves all the rights to refuse any items found to be tempered with or with any form of defects cause by wearer mishandling.
Customisation Policy
- Deposits for customised order/ items are not refundable but may be kept as credit value to be used at a later date or be transferable to another. Credit validity will be within 6 months from date of receipt of deposit.
- Order/items are to be collected and paid in full within the stipulated period or within 6 months from date of order, after which the deposit will be forfeited without prior notice.
- For any changes to the design after completion, all additional charges shall be borne by the customer.
- The company reserves the right to amend, vary, delete or add any of these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
