All genuine precious and semi precious gemstones, jade, pearls can be restyled. Except your gold/silver settings which we will send to be recycled.

Unlike other jewellers, we don’t outsource any of our process. Every step is handled in-house, from our very own workshop to our team of highly skilled craftsmen.  Every gemstone are accounted for and for those that are eventually not used in the new piece, they are duly returned.  We also use only premium couriers such as FEDEX and DHL for all our deliveries.

We get asked a lot this question and our answer has always been… It depends! 🙂

The price to restyle and reset depends on…

• the final design that you choose. E.g. A simple small setting will cost less than a intricate & large design setting.
• your choice of precious metal to use. We offer platinum, 9k, 18k gold settings as well as gold plated silver settings.
• whether additional new gemstones are added to complete your dream piece. Prices of gemstones varies a lot depending on what gemstones are ultimately preferred and used. As a gemstone wholesaler, you can be assured that we offer only genuine gemstones at competitive prices.

Having said that, it is safe to assume that restyling work starts from a minimum of $1500 and above. The good news is since this is a highly customised bespoke process, we will work to customise the design to suit your budget. 🙂
